Out Of Stock/Delivery
We cannot guarantee your exact item will be in stock. If your item is not in stock, we will notify you by e-mail. You will always be notified with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Some items are stored off premises, due to space restrictions in our stock room. Delivery dates can vary, and we can make no guarantee for delivery dates. We however endeavour to ensure all items reach you as quickly as possible, and we process the order on the day you have have placed the order. We often pay more for shipping if our supplier is overseas, often at a higher cost to us which we do not pass on to the customer. Most smaller items generally take 3-5 business days to reach you. We do ask that you kindly allow up to 15 business days for delivery from the business day after you have placed the order. This acts as a guide, and we cannot guarentee delivery dates. Some items, such as ceramics, are generally hand made after we place an order, so we kindly ask to allow an extra 2-3 days. This however is rare, and we still endeavour to deliver your parcel within 15 days at the very latest, again, at a cost to Stumble & Loaf and not the customer. Some items such as furniture incurs special delivery conditions and timings, so if you have any questions about a particular product please let us know. Furthermore, at various points in the year, some of our suppliers close at times we do not in the UK. This can sometimes slow delivery, but please be assured that if you place an order that falls within a time the factory is closed we will let you know straight away and discuss the situation. We will of course keep you updated all the time, and you can always reach us by e-mail or telephone.
