We accept all returns (unless otherwise stated) after being notified within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the unwanted item to us or our supplier for a full refund for both the product and packaging costs (if applicable). Return postage costs are solely the responsibility of the customer. We will of course endeavour to make the returns procedure as easy as possible for anyone wishing to return an item. Prior to returning an item, it is imperative that you contact us first, so we can arrange where the product will be returned to, as some of our products are Kindly held by our suppliers in the UK and sometimes abroad. Feel free to drop us a line with any questions and we'll only be too happy to help! If, however unlikely, items arrive damaged, we kindly ask you to take pictures of the damage to send to us. We ensure all items are in tip top condition before they leave us, so this event is highly unlikely! For bespoke, made to order and customised items, we regret that we cannot offer a refund on these for obvious reasons.
